The Body Champ IT8070 Inversion Therapy Table is able to counteract the pull of gravity on the body, especially the back, through the use of inversion therapy which elongates and decompresses the spine. This helps in relieving pressure on the ligaments and nerve roots of the spinal cord, while also helping providing the back muscles that support your vertebrae with relaxation. This table is therefore effective because when you relax the back, the body is able to relax too. This in turn enables you to improve on both your posture and circulation, while relieving back pains, stress and muscle aches.

There are a couple of things I like about the Body Champ IT8070 Inversion Therapy Table. For one, whenever I use it, it does a great job in stretching out my spine. I like the way it makes my vertebrae move farther apart from each other, thereby taking pressure off the discs lying in between them. This is really great for me as I spend most of my time in an upright position sitting in my car driving. This also works in reducing pressure off the pinched and compressed spinal nerves in my back at the end of a long day. Whenever I use the Body Champ inversion therapy table, I really feel like my nerves are able to breathe as the vertebrae are distracted and have moved farther apart from one another.
Despite its pros, there are some cons to the Body Champ IT8070 Inversion Therapy Table. For one, I find it difficult to change the angles of the table in small comfortable increments when I slide my arms as per the directions provided. I am a very athletic person but I still could not get the table back to a horizontal position. I also don't like the fact that the table's adjustment height numbers are printed on a label on the extension rod. As such, every time I adjust the height of the table, the label gets ripped. I would have preferred it if the height numbers were engraved into the metal as this would ensure that they never came off and were always visible.
